Hey Doc

You know that sometimes people don’t admit their faults or mistakes because they have no confidence and they figure if they do admit them, others may see them as the incompetents or frauds that they see themselves as. But if you’re not making NEW mistakes you’re not trying anything new so you’re not learning anything new - and so your opportunity to develop your own human potential is diminished. And that’s just a waste.

Dr Mani, Should I ever be unlucky enough to need heart surgery, then I will be forever thankful for arrogant Doctors! (and will email you straight away for advice on who!!)

When I need internet marketing advice, I am thankful that there are people more advanced than me who are willing to help, but over arrogance IS a turn off, no matter how good they actually are!

Recently a well known and successful IM’er sent out an email to her subscribers apologising for being behind in her work for them, it was quite heart rending, however, it did 2 things:

Firstly it showed that she WAS human, and could make mistakes,

Secondly, it showed that she cared enough, even though very successful, to remember the people who helped to get her to that stage.

I have no problem with some mistakes, if they are admitted, as we ARE all human and you are correct, everyone makes mistakes sometimes.

regards,
Katie Rich
